Sam Slay is the District “2” Director for the
HR Florida State Council. He is pastPresident of the Bay County SHRM, Inc.. Sam operates his own Speaking, Leadership Training, Coaching and Human Resource Consulting company, 357
Solutions, Inc. He worked in his first career as a police officer and retired after 24 years as a Chief of Police to accept an offer as Chief of Field Operations for a Leading wireless internet company, and later he was promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing. But his second career dream was working with people and organizations to improve performance through leadership training, coaching and consulting. This had been his vision for his second career since December 8, 1988, while he was still
working in law enforcement. He recognizes
the Power of People in organizations and is
always willing to help them improve.
