Join us for our February membership meeting, 12 Leadership Steps to High Performance, presented by Sam Slay, on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at the Capital City Country Club.
At one time or another, everyone in business experiences the need to recruit, hire, fire or retire employees. As a manager or leader, the question is, how successful are you in each of these areas? Have you hired people with the right attitude? Do your employees share your business philosophies? Do you have a successful track record on handling human resources issues? Maybe you recall the days when you were new to management or leadership (or maybe you are currently in your first management or leadership role). What does it mean to be a successful manager or leader? What does senior leadership (and your employees) expect of you? Are you ready for the challenge? Do you have the tools to be successful? As a result of participating in this program you will have advanced tools to help jump-start your success and the success of your organization.
During This Program You Will Learn:
(1) The Five Leadership Steps to High Performance in Human Resources;
(2) The Seven Leadership Steps to High Performance in Your Organization; and
