Join us for our February membership meeting, 12 Leadership Steps to High Performance, presented by Sam Slay, on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at the Capital City Country Club.

At one time or another, everyone in business experiences the need to recruit, hire, fire or retire employees. As a manager or leader, the question is, how successful are you in each of these areas? Sam has an extensive management and leadership background which includes twenty-four years in government; Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading technology firm; and Owner/Operator of several retail and service businesses. Sam is President of 357 Solutions, LLC, a Leadership Coaching, Training and Management Consulting firm. 357 Solutions focuses on effective supervisory skills and working with employers to promote productivity, while  creating a positive work culture. As Leadership Coach, Management Consultant, Speaker and Trainer, Sam’s goal is to assist organizations in obtaining a greater Return On Investment (ROI) from the organization’s human resources. Sam is past-president of Human Resource Management Association of Bay County, better known as HRMA (Panama City’s SHRM Chapter) and is currently the District 2 Director for North Florida/HR Florida State Council. Sam has written

numerous articles on business management, leadership and organizational productivity and is co-author of the book “The Masters of Success,” which includes groundbreaking interviews with dynamic leadership experts and is packed with information and inspiration destined to help leaders succeed in business and in life!
